By using MessageAPI you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MessageAPI is an unofficial tool that lets you send WhatsApp messages from your own number via our API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

MessageAPI provides a web dashboard and HTTP API to connect your WhatsApp number and send messages programmatically. Feature availability, rate limits, and integrations depend on your subscription plan.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the service. You agree to:

  • Comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp's terms of use.
  • Only message people who expect to hear from you — no spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Space out sends (at least 5 seconds between messages; longer is safer).
  • Use a dedicated phone number so a block does not affect your personal chats.
  • Take full responsibility for every message and its content.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use MessageAPI to:

  • Send spam, scams, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Run high-volume or automated campaigns to people who did not opt in.
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass service limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers at any time. Delivery is not guaranteed and the API may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice. Keep a backup messaging channel.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MessageAPI and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including WhatsApp bans or blocks, lost messages, business interruption, or misuse by you or third parties. MessageAPI cannot reverse a WhatsApp ban on your number.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis until you cancel from your account or through PayPal. Prices, limits, and features are shown on our website and may change with reasonable notice. Free trials and promotional offers are subject to the limits displayed at signup.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users or for WhatsApp's network. You may request account closure at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, API access and your WhatsApp session may be disabled and associated data handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
